Overview
Our customer, a leading provider of in-building wireless, distributed antenna systems (DAS), and connectivity infrastructure solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Enterprise Wireless Solutions to lead strategic enterprise engagements.
This role is focused on customer relationship management, executive communication, and end-to-end project coordination. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple enterprise wireless infrastructure projects from initiation through completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic customers and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership and internal teams
- Lead project planning sessions, status meetings, and executive reviews
- Coordinate internal resources, vendors, subcontractors, and technical teams
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, risks, and overall progress
- Communicate proactively on milestones, challenges, and resolutions
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and executive-level presentations
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and strengthen partnerships
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and forecasting
- Support business growth through strong customer engagement and service delivery
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management, program management, or customer-facing delivery experience
- Experience supporting large enterprise or complex customer environments
- Demonstrated success managing high-profile customer relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior leadership
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build trust, manage expectations, and represent the organization professionally
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical resources
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with wireless infrastructure, DAS, telecommunications, or networking projects
- Familiarity with enterprise technology deployments or digital infrastructure environments
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training
- Experience supporting multi-site or large-scale customer-facing programs
Work Environment / Additional Information
- Approximately 20% of travel required
- Travel may include customer meetings, site visits, project milestones, and executive reviews
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary starting at $100,000.
