Packer 2nd Shift

Job Description

About the Team: The ZF Garrett team supports packaging and light assembly of braking, electronics, and steering products for the automotive service distribution.

Pay: $16.50hour + $1 shift premium

Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Responsibilities:

  • Follow process sheet when packing and report quality issues

  • Record and maintain packing rates; report all scrap

  • Count production labels, pallets, finished goods, etc.

  • Be customer focused and provide opportunities for improvement

  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs occasionally

  • Able to work in a team environment

Qualifications:

  • HS Dip or GED preferred

  • Team orientated

  • Manufacturing experience preferred

  • Process and detail oriented

  • Basic mechanical abilities preferred
