Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and winning new business? Diverse Staffing is seeking a B2B Staffing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account development, and territory expansion throughout the Norcross market.


This is a high-impact business development role where you will own the sales process from prospecting to closing while partnering with recruiting and operations teams to deliver workforce solutions that help businesses succeed. The role involves prospecting, account growth, territory management, networking, and building long-term client partnerships.


What You'll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract close
  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies
  • Expand existing client relationships and uncover additional service opportunities
  • Conduct cold calls, networking events, business development meetings, and client presentations
  • Build and maintain a healthy CRM pipeline and sales activity reporting
  • Develop account penetration strategies across multiple decisionmakers
  • Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure excellent client service delivery
  • Meet or exceed appointment, revenue, and growth objectives within your territory


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills
