District Supervisor: Quick Service Restaurants

Location: Maine and Massachusetts Territory (Maine residency preferred)

Compensation: $85,000 Base + Bonus + Partial Relocation Assistance

We are seeking a driven District Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of fast-food restaurant locations across the Maine and Northern Massachusetts markets. If you possess a proven track record of multi-unit leadership within the quick-service restaurant sector, this is an excellent opportunity to drive operational excellence, team development, and profitability across a high-volume district. Qualifications and Requirements


  • Experience: A strong and established background in restaurant management.
  • Multi-Unit Leadership: A minimum of two years of multi-unit management experience, specifically within a quick-service restaurant environment.
  • Location: Candidates currently living in Maine are strongly preferred. A partial relocation budget is available for an exceptional candidate willing to move.
  • Skills: A proven ability to build strong teams, manage a multi-unit profit and loss statement, ensure strict brand standards, and drive top-line sales.
