Your Role at Dollar Tree:

As a District Manager at Dollar Tree,you'lloversee the operations of multiple stores in partnership withStoreManagers assigned to yourdistrict. With your support,you'llempower ourstoreleaders to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.Otherresponsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop store leaders that deliver shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations

  • Analyzedistrict sales results and trends to increase sales

  • Maintain inventory mix and merchandise presentation to maximize sales in each store

  • Partner withStoreManagersto recruitandtrainnew associates

  • Foster thegrowth and development of associatesinto leadership roles

  • Managepayroll hours

  • EnsureStore Managers aremaintainingcash control, includingconductingregularstore audits

  • Ensure Store Managers are managinginventory shrinkage appropriately andmonitorinventory shrinkage throughout your district

  • Provide exceptional customer serviceand ensure stores are professional, safe, respectful, and friendly environments

  • Develop meaningful relationships with the associates, leaders, and communities you serve

  • Travel up to 50% of the time with occasional overnight stays to support and oversee store operations across your district
