Job description

We are a fast-casual fast pace restaurant that is known for having seriously good hand-breaded chicken. We pride ourselves in offering amazing food with a smile that is guaranteed to leave customers smiling! 

 This position will report directly to our Operations President

Primary responsibilities include: recruiting and training store managers, setting regional goals and ensuring that the stores under their supervision adhere to company and industry regulations.   (Required:  3-4 Years Regional or Multi Restaurant Managerment)

  • Hands on Daily in store presence.
  • Maintain Energetic and Positive Work Environment.
  • Develop a 5 year plan on execution.
  • Drive sales by ensuring that your store provides outstanding product and service.
  • Monitor training levels and provide Team Members and Shift Managers with the appropriate training where needed.
  • Inventory
  • Operate in accordance with established performance and profit expectations set by corporate.
  • Motivate General Managers and Assistant Managers to perform to their highest level.
  • Supervise General Managers and Assistant Managers overall performance.
  • Have a good working knowledge of all equipment, and assume responsibility for preventive maintenance of a unit.
  • Maintain high standards of service throughout the operational day by demonstrating management by example.
  • Communicate effectively with all Managers, Trainer, Recruiter & Director of Operations.
  • Assist Marketing Director with execution of marketing plans.
  • Lead  by generating enthusiasm & excitement along with a positive mental attitude and commitment toward company objectives.
  • Be the champion of our culture: set out to fellowship with your staff and community such that we deliver encore experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.
  • Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
  • Monthly Informative & Motivational Manager Meetings 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Required 3-4 years in Restaurant Management / Regional or Multi restaurants
  • Management Experience
  • Leading a team of 20+ employees
  • Certification
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Time Management
  • Able to understand PL and Inventory Statements
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends and some holidays.
  • Ability to be Adaptable
