  • Interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work to drive accurate execution.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Develop and manage project schedules for retrofit and small commercial projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, service teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project flow.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines and scopes.

Quality & Safety

  • Enforce company safety standards and jobsite compliance.
  • Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and contractual requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues proactively.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and field efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement within the retrofit division.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Technical & Leadership Experience

  • 5–10+ years of experience in commercial mechanical construction, HVAC, or retrofit environments.
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent, Lead Foreman, or Senior Field Supervisor.
  • Strong understanding of commercial mechanical systems, retrofit installations, and service operations.

Core Strengths

  • Field leadership and crew management
  • Scheduling and multi-project coordination
  • Problem-solving in dynamic environments
  • Communication across technical and non-technical teams
  • Commitment to safety and quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial retrofit, renovation, or service-driven projects.
  • Ability to manage small to mid-sized projects simultaneously.
  • OSHA certification or equivalent safety training (preferred).

Why This Role Stands Out
