Job description

General Summary State Representative Nathan Boyles is now accepting applications in his Crestview, Florida office to assist with a variety of administrative and public relations matters requiring a thorough understanding of the policies, procedures, and operating practices of the Florida Legislature. The Legislature offers a competitive benefits package. This position is not eligible for virtual work.

Examples of Work Performed Knowledge and application of House Rules, Protocol, House-specific Applications, House Administrative Policies and the Legislature's Joint Policies and Procedures. Constituent Management Day-to-day Operations, such as coordinating with HousePay Accountants and managing the district office Utilize Travel System Required Legislative Filings Tracks Municipal, County, and Regional Issues Related to the District Community and Public Outreach Mandatory Trainings as Assigned Minimum Qualifications An Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university and two years of administrative experience; or a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Professional administrative experience can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
