We are looking for a Sales Development Manager in the Gulf Region to join Temperature+System Products, USA to work with a dynamic team and deliver world-class temperature products. Endress+Hauser Temperature+System Products is one of the leading global suppliers of temperature measurement, temperature-engineered solutions and system products.

Which tasks will you perform? 

You will: 

  • Proactively generate and execute plans and initiatives to expand new and current customer base within the industry
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues on identifying and aligning activities with our sales centers, channel partners and representatives ensuring development aligns with stakeholder strategies
  • Establish milestones and performance indicators to ensure strategies and initiatives are beneficial and value added for all stakeholders.
  • Creation of sales orientation and plans to increase customer expansion and penetration
  • Qualify and approach prospective customers
  • Assist with negotiation of commercial and pricing terms with sales centers, channel partners, OEMs and other partners ensuring growth in industries
  • Assist with technical product and industry training

Education+Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 5 years of related experience in process instrumentation/automation sales
