Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations and drive business growth. This role is responsible for overseeing sales, warehouse and distribution activities, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing operations in a fast-paced trade-related environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead branch operations, sales, warehousing, and distribution activities to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer service goals.
  • Develop, manage, and coach branch employees, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and team development.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow business within the local market.
  • Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure inventory, warehouse, and distribution processes are executed safely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve company objectives and support continued branch growth.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using CRM and ERP systems to manage customer relationships, sales activity, and operational workflows.
  • Experience with inventory management software and warehouse control systems.
  • Ability to utilize financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting tools to monitor branch performance and profitability.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new business applications and technologies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of management, branch operations, sales leadership, or related experience.
