Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven New Business Developer to grow our conveyor maintenance services portfolio. This role focuses on identifying, prospecting, and closing new commercial clients with a focus on the distribution, logistics and warehouse verticals. The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable with cold outreach, and skilled at building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development amp; Sales
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities
  • Prospect through cold calling, door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals
  • Schedule and conduct site walk-throughs and needs assessments
  • Prepare and present customized service proposals and bids
  • Negotiate contracts and close new business
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding of new clients
  • Lead the post-contract transition to operations, ensuring continuity and a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM or tracking system
  • Build long-term relationships to support renewals and upsell opportunities
Market amp; Lead Generation
  • Research target markets and industries
  • Identify decision-makers (property managers, facility managers, business owners)
  • Attend networking events and industry meetings as needed
