Role Description The Automotive Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of Finished Vehicle logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, parts flow, and Vehicle handling within the facility.


Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, optimizing supply chain processes, and coordinating with production, procurement, and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations.


The Automotive Logistics Manager will manage daily activities to achieve KPI's for vehicle processing, address service or delivery issues, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.


The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer service, uphold quality standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong logistics and supply chain skills, including Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.
  • High proficiency in Excel with experience maintaining daily production and inventory reports.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.
  • Previous experience in automotive, manufacturing, or distribution environments is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify process improvements, and implement practical solutions.
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
