Work You'll Do As a Records, Strategy and Transformation Consultant on the Government and Public Services team, you will be responsible for: * Applying Department of War records management requirements and National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) guidance to electronic records management activities. * Supporting records appraisal, classification, retention, transfer, preservation, and disposition activities in accordance with approved records schedules and applicable requirements. * Assessing and organizing electronic records stored in O: Drives and other legacy repositories, including identifying records, non-records, duplicate files, transitory materials, and obsolete content. * Mapping legacy folder structures and content to the approved SharePoint Online information architecture, while applying metadata, naming conventions, record categories, retention requirements, and access controls. * Supporting bulk file migration efforts through data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, exception management, stakeholder guidance, and documentation of records management decisions, migration procedures, and disposition activities. * Identifying risks associated with improperly classified, inaccessible, duplicated, or unmanaged records and recommending corrective actions to improve records management compliance. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,600 to $147,600.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
