Job description

Salary:

Real Estate Disposition Manager

(Wholesale | Dispo-as-a-Service)

About the Role

Investorlift is the market leader in wholesale real estate disposition, powering the largest buyer marketplace in the industry.

We are launching a Dispo-as-a-Service (DaaS) offering that allows operators and capital partners to plug directly into Investorlifts buyer network, AI-driven underwriting and matching, and a proven, scalable disposition playbook.

You will be responsible for executing disposition for JV partners across multiple markets.

This is a revenue-owning operator role for someone who knows how to move deals and close.

What Youll Own

Deal Disposition & Execution

  • Own end-to-end disposition of qualified wholesale inventory by executing on Investorifts battle tested Dispo playbook
  • Run competitive buyer processes through the Investorlift marketplace, outbound calling and responding to Buyers inquiries
  • Negotiate assignments and JV economics confidently and drive deals to close with minimal fallout

Buyer & Partner Management

  • Enforce buyer standards, proof of funds, and execution discipline
  • Act as the disposition arm for JV partners
  • Build consistent results with high-quality execution

Process & Systems

  • Execute cleanly in Salesforce as the system of record
  • Follow a documented, scalable Dispo playbook and surface insights to improve execution as volume scales
  • Maintain clean data and predictable pipeline visibility

What Success Looks Like

  • Deals move quickly with minimal re-trades or price erosion
  • Assignment fees are protected and consistently maximized
  • Buyers perform and respect the process
  • JV partners return with more inventory
  • Pipeline visibility is clean, accurate, and predictable

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on wholesale disposition experience
  • Proven track record closing assignments and/or double closes
  • Strong understanding of buyer behavior, pricing strategy, and deal velocity
  • Comfortable negotiating assignments and JV structures.
  • Experience working in a CRM environment (Salesforce preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience transacting deals through InvestorLift
  • Multi-market wholesale disposition experience
  • Experience supporting JV or dispo-for-others models

Who This Role Is For

This role is for someone who:

  • Thinks in terms of velocity, margin, and repeatability
  • Is comfortable owning revenue outcomes
  • Operates with discipline and structure
  • Understands that great disposition execution is a competitive advantage
  • This is not a coordinator role.
  • This is a transactional sales role for a closer who knows how to run buyers, protect assignment fees, and move deals to the finish line.

Why Join InvestorLift

  • Direct access to the industrys largest buyer marketplace
  • Proprietary AI-driven disposition tooling
  • Large, consistent inventory across multiple markets
  • Dispo-as-a-Service model with recurring JV partners

Upside and Growth

  • This role sits directly in the revenue engine of Investorlifts Dispo as a Service offering.
  • High performers will earn materially more through commissions as volume scales
  • Consistent execution unlocks larger portfolios, more markets, and higher value JV relationships
  • Top operators can grow into senior disposition leadership, market ownership, or enterprise level JV coverage
  • You are not capped by territory. You are not capped by deal count.
  • Your upside is driven by performance and scale.
