Job description

Description
We're a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Connecticut, founded and operated by a 19-year-old forward-thinker. We consistently close over $100,000 in profit every month and have built a strong acquisitions operation. Now we're looking for a Disposition Representative to help us scale to the next level.
This isn't a corporate job where you'll sit around in meetings all day. We're a small, high-performing team that moves fast, rewards results, and gives people the opportunity to grow with the company.
As our Disposition Representative, you'll be responsible for selling our wholesale real estate deals to investors, building and maintaining buyer relationships, and ensuring deals get to the closing table. You'll work directly with company leadership and play a major role in our growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
You don't need years of experience (while it is preferred in some aspects), but you do need hustle. We want someone who is hungry, coachable, and wants to be part of building something big. If you're the type of person who likes winning, takes initiative, and wants upside growth potential, you'll fit right in.
Compensation:
Competitive base pay plus performance-based commissions with significant earning potential.
Responsibilities
• Market and sell wholesale real estate opportunities to investors
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and investment groups
• Negotiate assignments and purchase agreements
• Coordinate with acquisitions, title companies, and buyers to ensure smooth closings
• Follow up consistently with buyers and maintain an active buyers list
• Match deals with the right investors and maximizes assignment fees
• Keep accurate records in our CRM and provide regular updates on deal progress
Qualifications
• Sales experience preferred (real estate / dispo experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Comfortable making calls and building relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable making calls and building relationships
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience is preferred; real estate experience is a major plus
• Problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done
