Position: Full-Time Dispatcher (In-Office)

What You’ll Do
  • Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the day
  • Take incoming calls and respond to operational needs in real time
  • Assign drivers and manage daily load planning
  • Route and map freight efficiently
  • Minimize deadhead and maximize productivity
  • Track shipments and proactively update customers
  • Manage and update customer portals
  • Monitor email alerts and respond promptly

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of dispatch experience (required)
  • Previous driving experience (required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, professional communication with both drivers and customers
  • Strong computer skills (data entry is a key part of the role)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience with McLeod software is a major plus (but not required)
  • Experience with Samsara software is a plus (but not required)
