Job description

Dispatcher – Fix-It 24/7 

$25-$27/hour + Commission | Golden, CO | In-office (Must have ServiceTitan experience)

The Opportunity

Our Dispatchers enable our field technicians to do what they do best – take care of our customers.  Dispatchers serve as intermediaries between technicians and customers, often relaying messages from one to the other. This role is responsible for dispatching technicians to customers' homes, updating our customers on scheduling changes, and ensuring that urgent customer needs are handled efficiently. 

Our tight-knit team is more than just top-notch home services - at Fix-It 24/7, we provide every team member with the autonomy to do their job and build a lasting career.

Schedule: In-office, 4-days per week or 5-days per week!

Hours: We're open to chatting about what schedule you're looking for! (Must be a 40-hour per week schedule)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Our Dispatchers earned between $55,000-$85,000 in 2025.
  • $25-$27 per hour plus monthly bonus of up to $1,500

Dispatcher Responsibilities

  • Dispatch technicians to meet customer needs
  • Work alongside managers to coordinate jobs across multiple technicians
  • Update customers on timing changes and rescheduling as needed
  • Answer and schedule incoming service calls
  • Ensure timecards are completed correctly throughout each day for technicians
  • Coordinate with other Dispatchers to schedule crossover appointments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Home service (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) dispatching experience preferred
  • History of demonstrating attention to detail
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Willing to show up with a great attitude every day
  • Friendly and welcoming phone presence

Dispatcher Requirements

  • ServiceTitan experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to reliably commute to our office
  • Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law (THC not screened)
