About the Role:
The Dispatch Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods within the transportation and warehousing industry. This position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling shipments, managing communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams, and resolving any logistical issues that arise during transit. The ideal candidate will optimize route planning to maximize resource utilization while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. By effectively managing dispatch operations, the Dispatch Coordinator contributes directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in dispatch coordination or a related role within the transportation or logistics industry.
