Operations Manager
Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your designated branch. Your role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace. Success in this role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to streamline processes while supporting your team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand site's key performance indicators and safety procedures, ensuring the site consistently meets all target goals and stays compliant with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Complete all administrative work, including approving timesheets, maintain accurate employee personal records, and payroll
  • Oversee all fleet maintenance, inspections, and cleaning schedules to ensure operational reliability

Additional Duties:
  • Report all data tracked such as driver metrics through engaging in all meetings, and leverage operational and fleet management software effectively
  • Apply disciplinary actions fairly and consistently while providing continuous coaching and support to help team performance
  • Oversee dispatching supervisors and drivers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, providing clear expectations and feedback

  • Showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills by continuously keeping drivers, leadership, and partners informed.
