Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all Patient Transport and Patient Observation functions, ensuring safe, timely, and compassionate service delivery across the hospital.

  • Lead, train, and develop supervisors and frontline associates, including transporters, patient observers, dispatchers, and related personnel, fostering engagement and continuous improvement.
