We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team in Dahlonega, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional service and smiles to our customers with every stop. This is an excellent opportunity to work independently while being part of a collaborative team that values efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.   • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers throughout the Dahlonega area in a timely and professional manner
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time while meeting delivery deadlines
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and any special instructions or issues
  • Provide friendly and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
  • Handle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition and are delivered to the correct locations
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and compliant operations

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 2 years of driving history if you are 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if you are 19 or older
  • Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery operations
  • Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company-specific standards
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous delivery or customer service experience
