We are currently seeking an internal candidate to fill a Front Window Dispatcher position within the Dispatch department. This role is essential to daily operations and plays a key part in coordinating service, supporting operators, and ensuring on-time performance across routes.

This is an opportunity for team members who are interested in growing within the organization and stepping into a more operational, fast-paced role.


Position Overview

The Front Window Dispatcher is responsible for managing and supporting daily dispatch operations, including:

  • Coordinating and distributing routes
  • Monitoring and adjusting service throughout the day for efficiency and accuracy
  • Communicating with operators via phone and radio
  • Supporting drivers with route issues, directions, and real-time needs
  • Tracking attendance, callouts, and schedule compliance
  • Preparing and distributing required daily reports
  • Handling incidents and documenting activity appropriately

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask under pressure, and consistent, professional communication.


Training & Schedule Expectations

Selected candidates must be available to complete a 6-week rotating training schedule:

  • Weeks 1-2: Morning Shift (3:15 AM - 10:00 AM)
  • Weeks 3-4: Mid-Day Shift (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
  • Weeks 5-6: Closing Shift (5:00 PM - 1:30 AM)

Post-training shifts will be assigned based on operational needs and may include:

  • Mid-Day Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Mid-Day Shift: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Closing Shift: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Weekend availability is required with no exceptions. Candidates must be flexible and able to work across shifts as needed.
