Drive & Mentor with American Transport Team - CDL A Mentor Drivers Needed

CDL A Truck Driver - Mentor | No Touch Dry Van | OTRPay
  • Weekly pay for mentors: $1,875 - $2,450 depending on CPM tier, dispatched miles, and student activity

  • Mentors are paid for all truck miles (mentor + student) plus student pickup/upgrade bonuses

Mentor Program Highlights
  • Typical mentor run: 11 days OTR

  • Students drive minimum 5 hours/day; mentors may run remaining hours

  • Mentor Development Training: $850 paid at completion, plus student-related bonuses

  • Additional mentor bonuses: $500 after 10,000 safe student miles, $300 after 20,000 miles

  • 100% No Touch Dry Van

  • Consistent OTR freight and priority dispatch

  • Reliable, well-maintained trucks
