Job Title: Quality Dispatcher
Department: Quality
Location: Ellabell, GA
Job Type: FT Exempt
Shift:2nd Shift (Schedule is subject to change based on production demands.)
Reports to:Quality Dispatcher Manager

Job Summary: A quality dispatcher in automotive manufacturing coordinates the movement of inventory and parts through the production process to ensure quality and accuracy:

  • Track inventory: Monitor the status and location of inventory in progress

  • Move parts: Transport parts between departments to ensure they move through the process on time

  • Maintain records: Keep quality records, reports, invoices, and packing slips

  • Update production status: Communicate issues to the production team and update production status reports

  • Ensure inventory accuracy: Maintain the accuracy of factory and floor stock inventory

  • Implement lean principles: Use lean principles to improve the flow of materials and products

  • Ensure quality control: Ensure that packing and transportation meet the company's quality control standards

  • Check health and safety: Ensure dispatchers follow health and safety guidelines


Qualifications:
  • Being tech-savvy

  • Knowing relevant methods

  • Proficiency in English and Korean is preferred but not mandated
