Uplifting Air is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:
  • Answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, and dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently

  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and management to ensure timely service delivery

  • Manage daily schedules and job assignments using dispatch software

  • Input and track job information, payments, and work orders in FieldEdge and QuickBooks

  • Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and friendly attitude

  • Assist with administrative duties, invoicing, and follow-up communication as needed
