We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plumbing Scheduler / Dispatch Coordinator to manage incoming work orders, schedule technicians, communicate with customers, and help keep our daily operations running efficiently.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, property managers, and vendors

Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians efficiently

Coordinate appointments with residents, tenants, and property managers

Enter and manage work orders within our scheduling software

Monitor technician schedules and adjust routes as needed

Provide status updates to customers and clients

Follow up on open work orders and ensure timely completion

Communicate with technicians regarding schedule changes and job updates

Maintain accurate notes and documentation

Assist with estimates, invoicing, and administrative support as needed

Ensure all client portals are updated with current job statuses

Qualifications

Required:

Previous scheduling, dispatching, or customer service experience in a skill trade (NOT MEDICAL)

Strong phone and communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Professional and positive attitude

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred:

Plumbing, HVAC, construction, restoration, or home services industry experience
