The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3-5 years of medical dispatch experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support (CPR)
  • Basic Telecommunicator
  • IAED EMD
  • HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness
  • ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800

Preferred:

  • Associates degree
  • ACPE-SPO

Certifications and Licenses Required:

  • Basic Life Support (CPR)
  • Basic Telecommunicator
  • IAED EMD
  • HAZMAT & CBRNE Awareness
  • ICS 100, 200, 300, and 400, and NIMS 700 & 800

Scheduling Requirements:

  • FT, DAY SHIFT

Essential Functions:

  • Medical Communications Supervisor for Mobile Health 
  • Provide oversight and support of the dispatchers who are responsible for answering 9-1-1 and other calls, screening them according to the IAED ProQA system and dispatching the appropriate resources
