Job description

We are seeking a Registered Sonographer to provide mobile ultrasound services at nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other locations throughout the service area. This is a great opportunity for a sonographer who enjoys working independently and providing care in different settings.

Pay: $40+/hour, based on experience
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Days | 4×10s or 5×8s
Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; flexible start times
On-Call: Possible, discussed during interview
Relocation: Possible, discussed during interview

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform portable ultrasound exams and obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Travel to assigned facilities and transmit images to radiologists for interpretation.
  • Maintain ultrasound equipment and required documentation.
  • Communicate with dispatch, healthcare staff, and patients professionally.
  • Work independently while managing daily assignments and travel.

Requirements

  • ARDMS or CCI registration required.
