How you can make an impact
  • Perform on-site service efficiently and effectively on Eppendorf instruments and equipment, including installation, operator training, preventive maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, adjustments, calibrations and part replacement - always following service manuals and technical procedures.
  • Document and manage all service activities, billing and quality records accurately, whether working in-house, at customer facilities or remotely, ensuring traceability and compliance with our quality standards.
  • Plan and manage your schedule in close coordination with Dispatch and your Area Service Manager, maintaining accurate calendar entries and balancing workload to achieve high customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong customer relationships by combining excellent technical expertise with clear, proactive communication and a consistently professional, "can-do" attitude before, during and after each service visit.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and company assets

What sets you apart
  • Bringing an associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school - or comparable military training - combined with approximately three to five years of related field service experience and/or training.
