Providing over 37,000 deliveries a week from 25 strategically located distribution centers, the QCD fleet averages more than 40 million miles driven per year. Local Class A Delivery Driver – Home Daily | $105K Avg. Annual | $35.00/hr. | Union Teamster 117 

5K Sign On Bonus! - Come Join Our Team  Shift: Evening Dispatch | No Layovers 

The Schedule & Setting: 

  • 4 days on / 3 days off (Must be able to work Sat and Sun)

  • Drivers make between 14–18 stops

  • 100% touch freight delivery; must be able to lift up to 75+ pounds

  • Dispatch between 3 PM – 6 PM

  • All trailers have liftgates (no ramps)

  • 36'–53' reefer trailers 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a current DOT Medical Certification card
  • Class A CDL required
  • One year of refrigerated trailer experience

  • One year of tractor-trailer driving experience

  • Effective communication skills to maintain positive customer relations with drivers, warehouse personnel, customers, and supervisors

  • Ability to stand, walk, and repeatedly climb into/out of tractors

  • Must be able to work all schedules, including holidays and weekends

  • Requires safely operating equipment in extreme weather and cold environments (cooler/freezer)

  • Ability to frequently lift/handle cases ranging from 5–75 pounds

  • Must meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations requirements: read/speak English sufficiently to communicate with the public, understand highway signs, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports/records
