Warehouse Associate

Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe's company, is a leading national provider of interior finishings solutions for homebuilders and property management clients. ADG delivers end-to-end design, procurement and installation services for flooring, cabinets, countertops and a growing portfolio of interior products.

Pay Range: $20.00 โ€“ $22.50

Work hours: 6:00 a.m. โ€“ 2:30 p.m. with rest and meal breaks as required. Full time, non-exempt.

This role is based at our Accents & Interiors Business Unit, located in Woodinville, WA. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in receiving products from vendors and preparing orders for shipment. In this position, you will work closely with various departments to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout all warehouse operations. Success in this role means consistently completing orders accurately, maintaining organized workflows, and supporting a high standard of operational excellence.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Count and stock materials in accordance with inventory control procedures
  • Receive and verify incoming products from vendors
  • Prepare and dispatch materials to installers in a timely manner
  • Pack orders accurately and methodically, and complete job packages for shipment
  • Identify and report any damage, lost, or missing materials promptly
  • Handle all materials with care to ensure quality and prevent damage

Education, experience and qualifications to perform this job successfully include the following:

  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Current forklift certification a plus (will train if needed)
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Self-starter, able to plan, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Must be authorized to work in United States

The physical demands described below are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:

Must possess the ability to stand for long periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move around a warehouse environment; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted on a regular basis; to see well enough to discern differences in quality of product.
