Skyriver IT is seeking a motivated IT Support Technician with strong communication skills and technical experience to support a variety of business IT environments.

Compensation DOE (depending on experience) with expected annual earnings starting at approximately $40,000 plus benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers in an effective and professional manner
  • Document daily work through the ticketing system and knowledge base
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level I and Level II technical issues received remotely via phone, ticketing system, and chat
  • Support Windows and MacOS environments
  • Assist with network and VPN troubleshooting

Experience & Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing help desk, technical support, or similar IT support role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple operating systems, including Windows and MacOS
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of network protocols, client VPNs, and Windows 11 fundamentals
  • Experience working for an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP)
  • Preliminary IT certifications such as A+, with intermediate certifications considered a plus (Network+, MCSA, CCNA, etc.)
