  • Establish communication rhythms to ensure alignment and visibility across initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive clarity and accelerate decision velocity

Operational Improvements & Efficiency

  • Identify and address process inefficiencies across launch and program operations
  • Standardize tools, templates, and methodologies for repeatable success
  • Define and maintain clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to scale operations and enhance delivery

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management within a large corporate or direct-to-consumer environment
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Experience supporting global program delivery and multi-regional launches
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect execution to strategic objectives
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems proactively, and manage competing priorities
  • Experience driving process improvement and operational transformation initiatives
  • Proficiency in Airtable required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in streaming, media, or direct-to-consumer business environments
  • Proficiency with tools such as Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Miro, Lucidchart, Confluence, and Jira
