Concord, CA
Join a team with heart, hustle, and humor where pets and their people come first.
Disney Pet Hospital is seeking a skilled, compassionate Veterinarian to join our growing general practice in Concord, CA. If you're looking for a clinic where you can practice high-quality medicine, build meaningful client relationships, and work with a supportive, collaborative team - we'd love to meet you!
The Role: Veterinarian
This is a full-time veterinarian position. You'll be involved in both general practice and urgent care cases, with the support of a strong clinical and administrative team.
What to Expect:
Step into a general practice environment that balances clinical excellence with a light-hearted team spirit. With 12 years of GP experience under our belt, we're confident in the care we provide and we support each other every step of the way.
You'll see a great variety of cases here, from general wellness and preventative care to walk-ins and urgent care. Our clinic is equipped with digital and dental radiography, in-house lab diagnostics, and we perform routine soft tissue surgery. We have a solid flow of loyal clients from the Concord community and surrounding areas, and a team that's all about pulling together, pitching in, and making it happen with a few laughs along the way.

Location Perks:
Disney Pet Hospital has been serving the Bay Area for 30+ years - and our community roots run deep. Concord offers the best of both worlds: suburban charm, a vibrant food scene, green spaces, and quick access to both San Francisco and wine country.
What You Bring:
You're a motivated, down-to-earth Veterinarian who values teamwork, communication, and compassionate care. A plus (but not required) if you have experience with exotics. Whether you're early in your career or bring years of expertise, if you're looking for a place where your skills are appreciated and your growth is supported - we'd love to hear from you.
Our Culture & Values:
We take pride in showing up for our community, their pets, and each other. We believe veterinary care should be excellent and approachable. Our team is hardworking, outgoing, and yes, a little silly when the moment calls for it. We're focused on personal and professional growth, built on trust, teamwork, and transparency, and genuinely passionate about client communication and care. Even on our busiest days, we have each other's backs and always make time to laugh.
What We Offer:
  • $150,000 - $180,000 base salary, + uncapped production bonus for unlimited earning potential with no negative accruals
  • Sign-on bonuses and relocation support available for qualified candidates based on experience and location
