Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary (DVM/VMD) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
  • Current DEA License
  • Veterinary State License
  • At least three years of previous experience as a DVM; ability to run and grow a solo practice
  • USDA Accreditation preferable
