About the Role

H+M is seeking an Associate Account Executive to focus on influencer relations and partnerships. This individual will work closely with a core team on several entertainment accounts. They will work remotely from their home office in Miami and asked to support and staff agency events like movie premieres, press junkets, film screenings, celebrity meet and greets, influencer activations, and more. A list of responsibilities for the role follow below.


Monitoring + Reporting:

  • Monitor digital, social, and cultural conversations across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube) to track client coverage, trends, and real-time opportunities.
  • Compile and distribute daily social media breaks and coverage updates to internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of social, influencer, and media coverage in client trackers and recaps.
  • Assist in analyzing campaign performance and synthesizing key insights and learnings for reporting.
  • Ensure all coverage and content is accounted for across influencer channels.


Influencer Relations:

  • Source, analyze, and research influencers aligned with campaign goals and target audiences.
  • Assist with influencer outreach, communication, and follow-ups to ensure timely confirmations.
  • Track influencer deliverables, timelines, and approvals to ensure seamless execution.
  • Review influencer content for brand alignment, accuracy, and required tags/handles.
  • Maintain and update influencer databases, including performance metrics and contact details.
  • Collect post-campaign analytics and creator insights.


Content + Creative Coordination:

  • Support development of influencer briefs and campaign materials.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing assets (imagery, logos, links) for activations and content execution.
  • Identify real-time content opportunities and social trends relevant to clients.


Event Coordination + Execution:

  • Support planning and execution of events, screenings, and activations.
  • Coordinate logistics including guest lists, materials, and on-site needs.
  • Staff in-person events and support real-time execution.


Project Management + Account Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day account responsibilities including drafting agendas, taking notes, and circulating recaps.
  • Track timelines, deadlines, and deliverables across workstreams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain organized trackers, folders, and documentation across all account materials.
  • Assist with budget tracking, expense management, and reporting.
  • Manage translation processes (English/Spanish) with internal teams, clients, and vendors as needed.


Client Service + Communications:

  • Support client communication by drafting updates, status reports, and recaps for team review.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on client requests and internal action items.
  • Participate in client meetings and effectively contribute to discussions.
  • Build a strong understanding of client priorities to support proactive recommendations.


Requirements


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
  • Actively uses social media and follows content creators/influencers.
  • Has two years of experience in public relations, marketing, or a related industry.
  • Based in Miami and is able to staff and support in-person events at night, on weekends, and on holidays.
