As a remote position, this role provides the flexibility to work from home while connecting with clients via telehealth platforms. A key aspect of this position involves managing a caseload of clients through virtual sessions, ensuring that a supportive therapeutic relationship is established. You will also have access to our comprehensive outpatient services, resources, and collaborative tools to enhance your practice and client engagement.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and familial dynamics, helping families understand their relational patterns and challenges.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to improve relationship functioning and individual well-being.
• Help clients process grief, trauma, and other negative emotional effects through structured therapeutic methods aimed at healing and empowerment.
• Collaborate with clients to develop actionable treatment plans, providing guidance on stabilizing home environments and addressing schooling issues as needed.
• Document progress and insights effectively by preparing detailed reports that serve as expert evidence for legal proceedings when required.
• Provide expert testimony related to therapy outcomes and client progress as needed, contributing to legal cases in a professional capacity.

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse families and individuals facing multifaceted challenges including marital discord, parenting issues, grief, and various mental health concerns. By understanding the cultural context of our clients in Dallas, Texas, you will tailor your therapeutic approach to best meet their unique needs.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and current LMFT license in the state of Texas is essential.
• Licensure typically involves fulfilling educational criteria, supervised clinical hours, and passing a recognized state exam.
• A minimum of one year of supervised clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting is expected.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques for therapy with individuals, couples, and families.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills are crucial to effectively address varied mental health and relational challenges.

• Experience working in outpatient mental health facilities or similar environments is advantageous.
• Background in working with a diverse client population and addressing multilingual needs is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices will be beneficial.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
