We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team at the American Social Work Center. This full-time position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in your schedule while still facilitating meaningful interactions with clients. You will operate within an outpatient office setting when necessary, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers. As we continuously evolve to accommodate our clients' needs, this role may include evening and weekend hours to provide optimal care.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear, achievable goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and comprehensive support for clients.
• Participate actively in case reviews and treatment planning meetings, promoting a client-centered approach among the therapeutic team.
• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans as needed, ensuring the well-being of clients.
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and company policy.

You will provide therapeutic support to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families navigating a spectrum of mental health challenges. Your therapeutic approach will be adapted to the unique backgrounds and cultural contexts of clients, enabling you to address issues such as familial discord, relationship struggles, and personal trauma effectively. To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical practice, preferably within a similar mental health or family therapy setting.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mental health issues, evidence-based therapeutic practices, and ethical guidelines.

While the base qualification is a minimum of two years of relevant experience, preference will be given to those who have:

• Expertise in the treatment of trauma and PTSD.
• Experience working with marginalized populations and an understanding of cultural competency in therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and software for clinical documentation.
• Proficiency in conducting workshops or support groups.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
