• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' relational dynamics and emotional challenges to devise tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize family systems theory to facilitate therapy sessions that address communication barriers and familial stressors.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in distress to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic records of client interactions, progress, and treatment plans in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Educate clients on effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping mechanisms that promote healthier relationships.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychiatrists, to provide holistic care through appropriate referrals.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to remain current with advancements in teletherapy and marriage and family therapy.

You will primarily work with individuals and families grappling with a range of challenges, including but not limited to marital discord, parenting issues, coping with life transitions, and mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. Your role will not only focus on immediate therapeutic needs but also on empowering clients to build sustainable skills for lifelong emotional health.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• Experience with telehealth technology and online therapeutic platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining ethical and confidential therapeutic practices.
• Adept at working independently in a remote environment while managing a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services in a clinical setting, particularly within a community health environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices related to family therapy and relationship counseling.
• Proficiency in working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural sensitivities.
