• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs to create and implement personalized treatment plans that promote mental wellness and personal development.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing tailored therapeutic techniques based on each client's unique experiences and goals.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic objectives, regularly reviewing progress to ensure effective outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy services for clients facing transportation challenges or those who prefer remote sessions, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress and therapy sessions to uphold ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in regular professional development activities, attending training sessions and workshops to stay updated on best practices in therapy and mental health trends.

As an LMFT at Thrive Compassionate Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele seeking support for various mental health challenges, including marital discord, family issues, anxiety, trauma recovery, and depression. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their struggles, fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills aimed at building trustful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude are essential for effectively supporting clients through their challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are necessary to efficiently manage caseloads and carry out administrative responsibilities.

• Experience working in a private practice or outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Prior engagement with treatment modalities for addiction therapy is a plus, enhancing your ability to support clients on their recovery journeys.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling practices is beneficial in delivering high-quality care.

• Annual salary ranging between $70,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
