Job description

Practice Overview:

 

  • Employed by 99 bed community hospital
  • Physician retention rates averaging over 9 years
  • Joining 2 Orthopedic Surgeons and 2 tenured Physician Assistants
  • State of the Art Equipment including Mako Robot
  • 4.5-day work week, 2 days open in the OR for scheduling
  • Plenty of general orthopedics – Reasonable to get up to 50% total Joint in year one - Anterior approach to hip replacement a plus
  • Call is shared 1:3 - Bi-laws cap call at 10 days per month - Additional comp for optional call beyond 10 days

 

Compensation Overview:

 

  • 3-year Salary up to $800,000 – Additional earning through production
  • Current providers all earning over $800,000
  • Retention bonus earned at the end of year 1, year 2 and year 3
  • Sign on and relocation up to $50,000
  • 5 Days CME with $3,000 allowance that can be carried over year to year
  • Comprehensive health, dental, 401k with 8% match, and vision for provider and family
