RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phone calls regarding campground business
- Accurately enter reservations into computer
- Check in guests, receive correct payment, and return correct change
- Take emergency phone calls and deliver messages to campground guests at their site
- Sell firewood and ice
- Help guests with questions or direct them to someone who can
- Have general computer knowledge to be able to navigate Knoebels campground computer program
- Candidate should possess strong communication skills, high degree of integrity, positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to solve problems
- Candidate should have the ability to build strong relationships with guests, provide a high level of guest service, and be an effective member of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service skills, both internal and external
