Job Title:Campground OfficeDepartment:Knoebels CampgroundReports To:Campground Office ManagerStatus: SeasonalAge:16 years or olderSUMMARY
The primary purpose of Campground Office is to actively take campground reservations and perform related duties accurately. This is a seasonal position, reporting to the Campground Office Manager.
Park's operational summer hours are typically Sunday through Tuesday 12pm to 8pm and Wednesday through Saturday 12pm to 9pm. During the parks season, evening and weekend hours are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer phone calls regarding campground business
  • Accurately enter reservations into computer
  • Check in guests, receive correct payment, and return correct change
  • Take emergency phone calls and deliver messages to campground guests at their site
  • Sell firewood and ice
  • Help guests with questions or direct them to someone who can
  • Have general computer knowledge to be able to navigate Knoebels campground computer program

  • Candidate should have the ability to build strong relationships with guests, provide a high level of guest service, and be an effective member of a team
