Job Title: EHR Technical Systems Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday | 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $100,131 โ€“ $140,196 annually


Job Summary

The EHR Technical Systems Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical strategy, coordination, and daily operations of Epic infrastructure systems. This role leads database and client systems teams, ensuring optimal system performance, successful upgrades, and compliance with organizational IT standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Epic infrastructure, including database and client systems.
  • Lead technical initiatives such as system implementations, upgrades, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Oversee IT change management processes and ensure adherence to enterprise compliance standards.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support technical staff to ensure efficient team operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage service agreements to maintain system reliability and performance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an EHR/EMR technical environment.
  • Strong experience with SQL databases, Epic infrastructure, and analytics platforms.
  • Epic Systems Certification required.

  • $10,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible candidates relocating from outside the local area.
