Location: Northern Florida

Position Summary

Responsible for achieving aggressive sales goals and objectives for the assigned territory by working with key relationships to grow Veterinarian Recommended Solutions brand recognition and adoption in key veterinary practices.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and summarize competitor information and trends to identify sales opportunities.
  • Utilize product and industry knowledge to educate veterinarians and staff members on benefits of our products.
  • Secure participation for veterinarians for dinners, speaker programs, lunch and learns, etc.
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and staff to implement our products and business model into accounts within assigned account base.
  • Update and maintain partner records in our CRM system (Netsuite).
  • Review program performance with participating veterinarians regularly and take corrective action when needed to increase sales.
  • Prepare and submit activity reports within established time frame
  • Prospect new business both in the field and from home office for optimal productivity and results.
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell to current partner base to increase sales revenue.
  • All other duties assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Health Science, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of sales/industry experience required.
  • Experience using CRM software. Netsuite experience a plus!
  • Travel within assigned territory. Travel up to 5% outside of territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required.
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Must be self-motivated and be able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and current insurance
