Your empathetic approach will foster a welcoming environment, enabling clients to express their concerns and work collaboratively towards recovery.

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with preference given to those with advanced degrees.

  • Solid understanding of evidence-based practices and the ability to implement these methodologies effectively in therapy.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and motivation in clients as they navigate their recovery journeys.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, essential for effective collaboration with the treatment team.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or family systems therapy will have an advantage. Experience with telehealth platforms and services will also be beneficial, given the remote nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
  • A comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off to ensure your well-being and work-life balance.
