• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings of clients to evaluate their mental health concerns, ensuring personalized treatment approaches that are effective and compassionate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapies tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing methodologies that encourage healing, growth, and the development of coping strategies.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.
• Educate and support clients' families, providing them with the knowledge and tools necessary to actively participate in the journey of recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records that comply with all regulatory, ethical, and professional guidelines, ensuring clients' privacy is upheld.

As a licensed mental health counselor at Prosperity Medical Group, you will work primarily with a diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Your empathetic approach will foster a welcoming environment, enabling clients to express their concerns and work collaboratively towards recovery.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with preference given to those with advanced degrees.
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in mental health counseling, showcasing an ability to navigate complex cases with sensitivity.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based practices and the ability to implement these methodologies effectively in therapy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and motivation in clients as they navigate their recovery journeys.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, essential for effective collaboration with the treatment team.

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy, or family systems therapy will have an advantage. Experience with telehealth platforms and services will also be beneficial, given the remote nature of this position.

• Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
