Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and tailor treatment plans that are customized to each client’s unique challenges and personal recovery goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team — including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers — to create a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide educational resources and support to clients’ families, promoting understanding and encouraging their involvement in the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will interact with a diverse client population comprising individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Our clients face a wide range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related issues. You will utilize your expertise to provide care that respects cultural nuances and personal histories, thereby fostering a therapeutic alliance that enhances recovery.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. (Note: Master’s or Doctoral degrees preferred.)
• Proven expertise in mental health counseling and demonstrated commitment to culturally competent care.
• Possess a solid understanding of evidence-based practices relevant to a variety of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with a track record of successful client engagements.
• Experience collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health care.
• Demonstrated proficiency using digital tools for telehealth therapy and management of client records.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary between USD 60,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
