The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Google Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on analyzing website and user behavior data, tracking campaign effectiveness, and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing tracking strategies, implementing data collection enhancements, and ensuring analytics accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and optimize Google Analytics tracking, including events, tags, and data collection strategies.
  • Develop a technical roadmap to align Google Analytics with business objectives.
  • Implement tracking enhancements using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics to improve data accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough testing (unit and end-to-end) to ensure data integrity and tracking efficiency.
  • Document technical implementations and provide detailed guidelines for future analytics improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Data Management) to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Support enterprise data ingestion, ensuring Google Analytics data is correctly processed into the data warehouse.
  • Provide reports and insights, translating raw data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure the tracking system aligns with business KPIs.
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in Google Analytics, including advanced tracking setup and data visualization.
  • Strong technical proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), JavaScript, and data-layer implementations.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing website traffic, marketing campaign performance, and user engagement data.
