Your role
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Are you a skilled multitasker?
We're looking for an Office Administrator to:
โ€ข support the branch management team administratively
โ€ข assist with resolving client issues
โ€ข communicate and implement our administrative and risk management guidelines and policies
โ€ข support the hiring process and maintain all HR functions, including payroll for support staff
โ€ข assist in the administrative aspects of licensing and registration for all registered employees
โ€ข coordinate and plan branch office business meetings and various activities
Your team
You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As an Office Administrator, you'll play an important role in the overall success of the PNW market.
Your expertise
โ€ข ideally 3-5 years of relevant branch operations experience
โ€ข high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
โ€ข proven written and verbal communication skill
โ€ข independent, motivated, proactive and focused to take action
โ€ข passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
โ€ข self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
