Portland Area Executive Assistant 
 
DPI Staffing is seeking a part-time, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Client in Portland, Oregon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping priorities organized, ensuring follow-through, and helping leaders operate at their highest level. If you're a strong communicator, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and are passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization focused on disability inclusion and empowerment, we'd love to hear from you.

Position: Executive Assistant
Schedule: Part-Time | Hybrid | Monday-Friday
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $25-$30/hour (DOE)

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week during typical business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
  • Hybrid work schedule (combination of remote and in-office work) with in-person presence required several days per week as needed
  • Availability for regular virtual and in-person meetings
  • Reliable transportation required
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Meeting Support
  • Prepare for, attend, and document executive meetings
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up
  • Support meeting scheduling, preparation, and accountability processes
Calendar & Communication Management
  • Manage a complex executive calendar and organize executive email communications
  • Coordinate scheduling with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prioritize urgent matters and manage follow-up reminders
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Coordinate recurring administrative tasks and provide support for various organization initiatives
  • Assist with executive communications and special projects
  • Support Learning Academy platform requests
  • Coordinate DAL Certificate Program activities with external partners
Event Planning & Logistics
  • Assist with planning and execution of meetings and events
  • Coordinate invitations, catering, accommodations, and venue logistics
  • Develop schedules and event materials
  • Create basic marketing and presentation materials using Canva
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3–5 years of Executive Assistant experience, including managing executive calendars and inboxes
  • Experience working with, strong awareness of, and commitment to disability inclusion
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Experience with Canva or similar design software
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
