The Data Entry Technician plays a critical role in supporting company growth by creating, maintaining, and optimizing accurate product data used across multiple departments. With a product catalog exceeding one million SKUs, we are seeking a meticulous, data-driven professional who is passionate about data integrity and supporting scalable business operations.

Education & Experience

  • 1-2 years of data entry, administrative, or related experience 
  • Previous data management experience preferred 

Responsibilities, but are not limited to:

  • Collecting and analyzing data from manufacturers and third-party sources 
  • Setting up new products while maintaining data integrity by following established policies and procedures 
  • Maintaining product data and attributes, including fitment, descriptions, images, and pricing 
  • Identifying and correcting missing or inaccurate product information 
  • Performing regular content audits and generating reports 
  • Assisting with additional projects and duties as assigned

Pay & Schedule 

  • Hourly rate based on experience 
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 
  • In-office position, based in Jasper, IN

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel, with the ability to manage and manipulate large datasets      
  • Comfortable navigating and organizing information across multiple file systems and platforms 
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams 
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines independently 
  • Able to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment 
  • Demonstrates professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude 
  • General knowledge of automotive products or vehicle systems is considered a plus
