Data Entry Operator – Intermediate

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator – Intermediate to perform intermediate to advanced data entry and data maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling confidential information with accuracy, maintaining data integrity across multiple systems, and supporting various data cleanup initiatives.

Looking for a detail-oriented individual who excels at managing multiple tasks with precision. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail and can handle shifting priorities smoothly, maintaining high standards of accuracy while working on various assignments. We require a candidate with strong Excel skills, including the ability to filter, sort, create, and manage columns, and perform data entry with accuracy. Familiarity with basic formulas and functions is a plus. We need a team player who works well with others and is open to feedback. The ideal candidate is receptive to constructive criticism, viewing it as an opportunity for growth and improvement, and collaborates effectively to achieve the team goals.

Perform intermediate to advanced data entry tasks with high accuracy. Support multiple data entry assignments and data cleanup activities across various systems. Handle confidential and sensitive information while maintaining data privacy. Provide guidance to team members after gaining sufficient knowledge of the work. Make decisions and recommendations within established guidelines, procedures, and authorized limits. Enter alpha-numeric data accurately and efficiently. Proofread data for accuracy and completeness. Prioritize work by coding and sorting documents. Identify and correct errors through visual inspection. Maintain accurate records and tracking reports. Perform basic mechanical adjustments such as switching sets and changing control features. Generate reports based on entered data.

4–6 years of data entry experience. High School diploma required; post-secondary education preferred. Strong alpha-numeric data entry skills. Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities. Experience working with confidential and sensitive information. Ability to prioritize workload and maintain accurate records. Experience using Microsoft Access is preferred. Ability to operate a 10-key adding machine. Typing speed of 10,000 keystrokes per hour. Good mathematical aptitude. Strong item processing and organizational skills.
